In order to better understand Drollinger, in fact, I relied on the normal methods of inquiry. I attended an event at which he spoke, I read his sermons, I read his books (along with that of his first wife, who left him for a woman), et cetera. Sometimes we just need to listen to (or read) what these leaders say, and take them at their word.
